Chapter 3
Nick led Sehar into her room which was next to his and put her suitcase down. It had a double bed and a desk.
*btw in this story everyone has their own room except from Mr and Mrs Jonas ofcouse xD *
Nick: So umm... *awkward silence* this is your room. Mines next to yours, joe's and kevins is opposite and frankies is close to mom and dads. Dinner is in a bit so one of us will come to get you. In the meantime you could unpack or something.
He began to leave but stopped as he heard Sehar's voice for the first time.
Sehar: wait... thank you.
Nick: *smiled* your welcome *he left*
25 minutes later
Sehar's POV
I had just finished unpacking and made my new room as homey as I could. I liked the Jonas family they seemed really nice, especially Nick hes been really sweet so far. But I dunno how i'm gonna last dinner I mean my first dinner being an orphan. Wow, I'd never thought of it like that. What am I saying?! I shouldn't be thinking like that, I've got to be optamistic.
Just then there was a knock on the door.
Nobody's POV
Sehar: Come in!
The door swung open, it was Joe.
Joe: Hey. Mom and Dad said that dinner is.. WOW! I love what you've done to this room.
Sehar: *smiled looking at the picture of her and her parents which she'd hung up on the wall* Thanks *stood up*
Joe: ANyway dinner is ready you wanna come?
Sehar nodded and followed him down the stairs and into the dining room. Everyone was at the table. There was one space next to kevin and one next to Nick.
Nick caught Sehar's eye and signalled her to come and sit next to her with his eyes [like when you look at the person then look at the chair and then look back at the person really quickly- get it?]. She sat next to Nick and Joe took his place next to Kevin.
*okey so here are the seating arrangements: Mr&Mrs Jonas on either end of the table, then Sehar next to Nick on one side and Kevin and Joe on the other. Frankie has already gone to bed aww :P*
Mr Jonas said a prayer then everyone started eating.
Mrs.J: So Sehar do you like it here?
Sehar: Yeah, I really like it. Nice and cosy.
Nick just stared at her while she talked to everyone. She was so kind and really beautiful.
Suddenly Nick felt a kick on his knee. Then another one even harder.
Nick: OW!
Everyone looked at him.
Nick: sorry...
Joe: *whispering* Nick, NICK! Stop staring you look to obvious.
Nick blushed turning bright red and nearly choking on his food. He just couldnt take his eyes of her. Her warm brown eyes and her sweet smile and the way she played with her long dark hair as she talked.
Sehar: *to Joe* .. no way! I actually tried driving last month, i pressed the accelerater too hard and smashed the headlights.
She began to laugh at her stupidness.
The conversations on the table varied from Joe's story about seeing aliens to Kevin about his love of guitars. Sehar joined in sometimes but Nick stayed strangly quiet throughout dinner.
Soon dinner finished and Mrs Jonas excused the boys from clearing up at which the boys ran before she changed her mind.
Joe and Kevin both said they were tired and said goodnight and went to bed, leaving Sehar and Nick in the corridor.
There was yet another awkward silence.
Nick: So, goonight. Cya in the morning.
He said reached out for the door handle but stopped as sehar began to speak.
Sehar: Wait!
Nick: Yeah?
Sehar: I really like this place and thanks for being so sweet today. Do i need to be up for a certain time?
Nick: Your welcome and nope you can sleep till watever time. Mom and dad will be out anyway.
Sehar smiled, said goodnight and walked into her room.
She had a whole new life to look forward too, but it'd tke some getting used to. She was more interested in Nick thank anyone else. He seemed so quiet but his eyes wanted to say so much. Dazed in her thoughts Sehar fell asleep awaiting the new day.
So chapter 3 finally! Hope you liked it plz comment!
