ok, this is pronounced tay, and i had an audition two days ago in jacksonville for it and i got the 'good' news today tht i made it. this is a 5 day competetion in disney world from 'carefully selected kids from 6-18' and there will b casting directors, and agents and things at this competetion in december..but heres the catch, i have to pay 1950 $ but the showed us videos of last years with fanous ppl there..should i tell my mom to take me back to register or believe her that its a scam?

I'm already signed with a talent agent for TV and film. I'm not really interested in pursuing a career in modeling, but I wanted to get exposure to agents and stuff to see if I had a look that would interest people... So I sent my pictures on modelscouts.com (before I found out that the acting agency wanted to sign me) and got contacted by Ford. It seems like a nice opportunity to get exposure, but I'm really more into acting than modeling. What should I do? According to my talent agent, the decision is completely up to me b/c I'm legally just signed to them for TV and film, so as long as I don't sign with anyone for those things I'm not going to be in any legal trouble.

I live in Calgary and was wondering what is a good acting/modeling school? I was looking up John Robert Powers but I heard many things about it being a scam and costing too much? I am really looking for a CHEAP but GOOD acting and/or modeling school. I am looking for this to be a profession. I am a teenager and have had experience in acting.
