Part 3 - Still getting by without a healer, but soon...
A video recorded play through of the recently released Fire Emblem: Shin Ankoku Ryuu to Hikari no Ken (Shin Dark Dragon and Sword of Light) being done on the Hard 2-Star difficulty.
This is recorded using a webcam, and played on a US Nintendo DS with the legally imported Japanese DS cart. This game has no region protection, therefore the DS is unmodified.
Plans for this run:
- I will likely not attempt to obtain Gaiden chapters.
- Use of Class Swap for some characters.
- Arena use will be minimal for video times, though I may find some way to squeeze in some use of it.
- Battle animations off (you can't really see them anyway because they're on the top screen).

This is a game that looks nothing like a true Contra game and even though the music's decent, the game still has some flaws.
One of them is that lagging occurs when only two or more instances (enemies and objects) appear at the same time and the other is that in the selection screen, there is a slight error in Tron's design (which makes him look like a clown).
Other problems (in which iniche has provided with) are:
~ The poor English in the dialogues between the levels
~ Once your two lives are gone, it's Game Over (where you could've just went with the other playable character)
~ All four characters have got nothing to do with the Contra atmosphere
~ About two levels are impossible to pass (Levels 3 and 4 I believe)
There's more but that's what I can remember from the "Contra Master" himself :P
