and.. i like to wear eyeliner and mascara to make my eyes pop out.
I usually wear black eyeliner. (i have blue eyes) and mascara to make my eyes really pop out.
They said you should only wear mascara, and blush, (i already have rosey cheeks.)
is this true though... do i need to have a natural look?
