A beautiful sunny afternoon....I grab the camera to click those tulips on the sill with the sun gleaming through the delicate petals...got a few shots and then, without a hint, it started pouring! It just seemed like the downpour itself wanted to be a part of this canvas :)

In todays material world, how one could find/adjust enough time to do sandhya vandanam? especially on Madhyaahnikam? Since it was one of the karma allocated to the Bhramins, how this can be done religiously? @ Trisha Mam - As said doing or not doing depends on everyone's family position... as rightly pointed out by "Divyadesam" - I heard that one can do Madhyaahnikam in morning itself. But I want to know is there any authentic source allowed/permitted us to do so. According to my little knowledge, the elders in family will ask the younger to do likewise. Instead of not-doing, doing with prayachitam will suffice. This was only my view. @Divyadesam:- You can also join the conversation & also correct me if I am wrong.

After waking up & getting fresh , one should do Sandhya vandan or Japuji path and then meditate on Name of God in the dawn i.e. early morning starting from just before sunrise.
