31LKiloKilo posted a photo: Yup, as usual, there is a Boeing 707 in my back yard and the weather goes to crap. John Travolta brought his 707-100, which is the last flight worthy of its type to Republic Airport for a filming of the television show Pan Am. The name Jett Clipper Ella comes from the names of his children (Jett and Ella), and his love for Pan Am airlines which had the word "Clipper" beginning every name of every one of their planes. 31LKiloKilo posted a photo: I'm not one for Air Force anything but I was impressed as hell by this ship. This plane did maneuvers no jet engine powered aircraft should be capable of. Notice how there no 90° angles? That is one of the keys to keeping it stealth. Qantas V-Jet
31LKiloKilo posted a photo: This former QF bird, now owned by John Travolta and named "Jett Clipper Johnny", is the only remaining flightworthy Boeing 707-100 in the world. This frame is dedicated to Fred Miller for the laughs and parking tips, and to Senga Butts who after a two hour conversation, convinced me that the reward was very much worth the risk. Cheers guys!
