Kareena?s 28th birthday couldn?t have been more special. She had her beau Saif with her in the chilling weather of North India and then getting an opportunity to meet the Jawans at Kargil. It was Bebo?s mom Babita?s idea that to make her birthday somewhat different and special, she spend her birthday with our soldiers working on duty at Kargil.
